Every year, the Acad\u00e9mie Internationale de Coupe de Paris (AICP)<\/strong> offers students of its Foundation Year<\/strong><\/a> a unique professional experience. In collaboration with the international trade show Texworld Paris<\/strong><\/a>, they take part in a concrete project that introduces them to the demands of the fashion industry.<\/p>\n

The 2025 edition, held from September 15 to 17 at Le Bourget<\/strong>, highlights a special partnership with NZ Denim<\/strong>, a supplier of innovative fabrics. For this project, students were challenged to design and produce an original garment made exclusively from NZ Denim\u2019s fabric.<\/p>\n

Some students worked individually, others in pairs. In both cases, they imagined the pattern, tackled technical challenges in assembly and garment construction, and demonstrated impressive progress and creativity, guided by their instructor.<\/p>\n

Many of them had never used a professional sewing machine before entering the AICP. Yet within just a few months, they mastered the fundamentals of sewing and pattern making. By their third month of training, they were already able to produce their very first tailored jacket.<\/p>\n

The students will showcase their creations in the Avantex area<\/strong> of the show, a space dedicated to innovation. In addition, the AICP will welcome visitors at its dedicated stand<\/strong> throughout the event. Our team will be available to present the school\u2019s training programs and explain how, since 1830, the AICP has been shaping the \u201carchitects of clothing.\u201d<\/p>\n

Thanks to this collaboration with Texworld Paris<\/strong> and NZ Denim<\/strong>, students enjoy a truly formative and rewarding experience. It combines creativity, technical learning, and immersion in the professional fashion world.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
